At ServIT we operate our own in-house Network Operating Center (NOC). We feel it is vital to employ our own help desk technicians so that we can pass on unmatched quality of service. Our technicians are experts in many fields and deliver a broad range of technology expertise and can solve any problem your employees might encounter.
Time and Materials (T&M) is when our techincians respond to your company to resolve an issue or problem with a piece of technology. Our staff will arrive at your site, diagnose, and repair your issue.
For high-use technology such as printers or servers, we can offer contract agreements that provide on-site service to remedy any hardware problem as they arise - on-call 24x7 agreements.
Some technology can’t be fixed on-site (such as barcode scanners, tape drives, industrial printers). Depot services allow companies to ship ServIT defective products while we ship back a working device.
